Gun

Tippmann 98 semi-automatic Paintball gun. These are the most reliable and sturdy Paintball guns ever made. They are easy to use, accurate and rapid firing.

  • Semi-automatic means that every time you squeeze the trigger the gun fires – no re-cocking / pump action required.
  • Capable of firing five pellets per second (if your trigger finger is fast enough!) you can watch a trail of pellets flying through the air towards your opponent.
  • Pellets travel at around 280 feet per second (300 Km/h); making it possible to successfully shoot a player between 10 and 50 metres away (we don’t encourage shots at less then 10 metres as they really hurt!)
  • Each gun is fitted with a coloured hopper (red for one team, blue for the other) capable of holding 200 paint pellets.
  • The guns are powered by compressed gas (carbon dioxide), contained in a tank that forms the stock of the gun (useful for putting into your shoulder to help aiming). A 20oz tank will give you at least 800 shots – if you run out we will refill the tank for free!

Goggles

The most important piece of equipment by far are your goggles. These protect your eyes, mouth, nose, ears and forehead from the impact of a pellet. Receiving a close range shot directly in the lens will give you a shock (the world turns yellow and you can’t see a thing), but you will be safe – without them you would lose your eyesight!

  • The goggles have an adjustable, elasticated head strap that holds them snugly on your head.
  • The lens are treated with an anti-fog layer to help prevent condensation forming on the inside of the lens (if your goggles steam up you won’t be able to see a thing!) We also thoroughly encourage every player to apply anti-mist spray before every game – this is a really effective way to eliminate misting up.
  • Goggles are methodically washed after every day to ensure you receive a clean and fresh pair of goggles. A medical grade antibacterial spray is also applied, post-washing, to ensure any remaining bacteria are completely blitzed!

Overalls

  • Heavy duty camouflage overalls are issued to every player.
  • The DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material) overalls allow a stationary player to melt into the woodland / undergrowth – move and everyone will see you!
  • During the winter, players should wear clothes underneath (tracksuit bottoms, T-Shirt, Sweatshirt and fleece); whilst in the summer months a pair of shorts and a T-shirt will be fine.
  • We have overalls for all sizes and shapes, but wear dark clothing to reduce stains on your own clothes!
  • All overalls are professionally laundered every time they have been worn!

Ammo Belt

Players can use a 300 shot ammo belt. These fit around you waist and allow you to carry up to three pots (a pot holds 100 pellets) out to a game.
